These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Madeenah Books mobile application (“the App”) and our website at madeenahbooks.com (collectively referred to as “the Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.
1. Purpose of the App
Madeenah Books is designed to help English-speaking learners study the Arabic language with ease.
The App provides structured lessons, exercises, and digital learning tools to make Arabic more accessible and enjoyable.
Our goal is to support your Arabic learning journey by providing authentic, high-quality educational materials.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:

- Agree not to share your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.
3. User Accounts

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, impersonation, or any violation of these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Madeenah Books App on your personal device for educational purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property in the App, including its design, features, Arabic lessons, translations, exercises, graphics, and content, belongs to Madeenah Books or its licensors. The Madinah Arabic book course 1 – 3 have express permission from the original publishers to be used on this app for free. All other free books belong to thier authors / publishers.
You are not permitted to reuse, reproduce, or republish any part of the App or Website content without our written permission.
6. Educational Content Disclaimer
The educational content in the App is designed to assist learners in understanding and using the Arabic language.
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every lesson or translation will be error-free or suitable for every learning level.
Madeenah Books is not a substitute for formal Arabic education.
You use the App’s content at your own discretion and for personal educational purposes only.
7. Subscription and Payment
If the App offers premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:
- All payments are processed securely through Google Play or the Apple App Store, or stripe / revenuecat payments on web.
- Prices and features are subject to change with or without notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
For payment or refund issues, please contact the Play Store or App Store directly, as payments are handled by those platforms.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App or Website.
By using the Service, you consent to our data collection and usage practices described in that policy.
